Motsewakhumo Trading & Projects, a civils contractor, was established in 2012 by Ms. Rayhab Sibongile Mahase.
We are a 100% black woman owned B-BBEE Level 1 company with headquarters in Germiston, Gauteng and five provincial offices across South Africa.
We are registered with the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) and listed on the CSD (MAAA0366389), and our company has a grading of 8 CE PE and 5GB PE (10059247) with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB).
Core to our operations is our delivery of value-added, efficient solutions, that are backed by a philosophy that the ultimate goal of any civil construction project is the improvement of human life, the environment and relationships.
We undertake projects for public and private sector clients, and our can do attitude has seen us build and cement strategic partnerships with our clients. We focus on understanding our clients’ needs and visions, rather than advancing our own, and this philosophy has enabled us to collaborate with top tier clients while participating in inspiring and impactful projects.
We have completed projects for many organisations including the eThekwini Municipality, Roads Agency Limpopo, and the City of Johannesburg.
